Fabulous hotel, amazing staff and a very wonderful experience. Food was very good, breakfast was well stocked and had a great selection. We were well looked after every day by Trish - who also served delicious cocktails every evening on the roof top bar. Our room was excellent, large, very comfortable and very clean. It had a lovely balcony and seaview from the 5th floor. Our room attendant was fantastic - Biw works very hard every day to keep the rooms clean and well stocked. We loved this hotel. Everything about it was great - the swimming pool and the restaurants. We ate dinner in the main restaurant once and had a mix of Thai and Spanish food - lovely. We also ate with our "feet in swimming pool" at the beautiful grill restaurant. We enjoyed a great steak whilst watching the live fire dancers on Friday night. Great location. Easy to walk into Kata beach or Karon beach. A nice massage place just outside - much quieter than the ones in town / great massage! Highly recommended! Thank you. We shall definitely return if we ever come to Phuket again.

The hotel is excellent and very special.. next to the sea and the required services such as restaurants, market, and all the required shops. The reception staff were at the top of sophistication and kindness, and their service was amazing , as they provided us a motorbike for rent and helped us with all our needs. The hotel staff is very kind and helpful. They always welcome and provide assistance if we ask for it, and the rooms are beautiful, the view of the pool and the sea is stunning, and the breakfast buffet was wonderful ... I cannot describe this hotel, and I will book it in my future trips

This is a real five-star hotel! Everything was at the highest level - service, friendly and caring staff, special thanks to Milk for her hospitality. There were delicious breakfasts with a large selection of dishes (but it didn't change much), a cozy room with a large bed and a spacious bathroom. We chose a room with a mountain view and felt complete privacy and we liked the view. I would like to separately note how well thought out everything is in the room - an air purifier, your own iron, there is a beach bag, even flip-flops. If we go to Phuket again - we will choose Avista

Good huge swimming pool, could get busy so make sure you reserve yourself a good sun bed early morning. Breakfast buffet was reallllly good, just make sure you go there wearing something you don’t mind getting the smell of food stuck on. The staff are beyond nice they will make all your needs come true. I loved the stay.. overall was a really good experience.

The pool is clean and the rooms as well, we celebrated a birthday and there was a cake waiting for us and they even upgraded us to a bigger and better room for no additional charge. We will 100% come back to this hotel! :)
